The wedding ceremony will take place at the resort on Conchita Point at 5pm. If the weather dictates, we will start the ceremony earlier.

We expect everyone will likely be getting ready in the mid-afternoon together or separately as desired - some of us even earlier! At James' request, the groomsmen are asked to wear black suits with white dress shirts but we will provide matching ties for all groomsmen. If it gets hot, we may ditch the suit jackets. Bridesmaids have been asked to wear chocolate brown or moss green beach dresses. We are also ordering bouquets and buttonholes for the wedding party. All other wedding guests can feel free to wear any other beach formalwear that does or does not match the wedding party.

We hope the beach point location overlooking the ocean will make for a memorable wedding for everyone.

The reception will immediately follow the wedding ceremony at the Water's Edge Restaurant. A complete dinner, full bar, wedding cake and other desserts will be included in the reception. Music will be provided for dancing or background enjoyment for an hour but we expect to continue eating and enjoying eachother's company for a couple more hours after that.

Later on in the evening, the resort should have local singers and musical entertainers (between 7:00pm- 9:30pm) if you wish to stay in the restaurant area.

If you have not forwarded us your flight itinerary at this point, please do so as we plan on welcoming you at the resort lobby once you arrive via airport shuttle/taxi/rental car.
